Artichoke Munchie
Ingredients
- 4 Slices of Meatloaf or Sliced Sausages / Loaf
- 4 Slices Buttered White Bread or Bread of Choice
- 220g can (or fresh) Mushrooms in butter sauce
- 1 Sliced Tomato
- 1/2 a Sliced Capsicum
- 2 canned (or fresh prepared) Artichoke hearts, Halved
- 4 Slices of Cheese
Method
Place a slice of your chosen meat on each slice of bread. Spoon over the mushrooms in butter sauce.. Top each slice with sliced capsicum and halved artichoke hearts. Cover each with a slice of cheese.
Bake at 230°C (450°F) for 8 to 10 minutes or until golden. Enjoy!
