Ingredients

  • 1 Round Bread Roll
  • Butter
  • 1 Egg Fried
  • 2 – 4 Bacon Rashers
  • Snipped Chives

 

 

 

 

 

Method

Remove the centre from the bread roll. Butter the inside and place the fried egg into the centre. Wrap the crispy fried bacon around the roll and sprinkle with snipped Chives. Quick and Simple Breakfast, Enjoy!
